Senior Dot Net Developer
Experience : 3 yrs. to 5 yrs. or more

Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing existing applications/websites and progressively developing an appropriate upgrade path.
- Analyzing and understanding requirements of the business and outlining specifications for all new development work.
- Taking the technical lead on projects, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Performing impact analysis and recommending appropriate technical solutions to
address business challenges. - Developing, testing, & rolling out new applications within tight deadlines.
- Integrating existing applications where necessary.
- Building user interfaces from pre-designed templates.
